Express Drop-Off

No time for DIY drop-off? Don't want to get the littles out of the car? With Express Drop Off, you drive up, unload, and we display your items for you! This fee covers 150 items. Each additional 50 items will be $5 with a max of 300 items allowed. Additional fees will be deducted from your seller check after the sale. You are asked to sort your items as our guides state: clothing by gender and size in totes or boxes you do NOT wish to get back. No boxes will be returned to sellers.

Valet

Want to clear the clutter, but you aren't able to tag your items? Valet Drop-off is for you! No time for prepping, tagging, or drop off? With our valet program, a pro tagger will meet you to collect your items, prep, tag, and bring them to the sale for you. Valet consignors make 40% of their sold items. Please fill out the Valet Waitlist Application(linked below this box) then come back here to pay the nonrefundable Supply fee.

Your consignor number can be found on any of your tags or on the tagging website. Please remove the hypens and enter your consignor number in this format A123BCD.

We could not pull off this amazing event without our team. We are always looking for smiling faces that LOVE JBF to help. If you would like more info on joining our team, please let us know.

Team members also shop early! Team member shopping will be Tuesday, October 15 from 6-8pm.

Team members are paid $9/hr. Can include set up, sale help, greeting, and cashiering. Minimum 8 hours.

Pick-Up Appointment

  • You do not need an appointment. Pick-up is from 7:30-8:30pm on Sat., 10/19, and all items will be donated at 8:31.

  • All items must be marked "Donate" prior to printing out your tags.

    **Note: If you choose to 'Reduce and Donate', you'll qualify for an earlier shopping time.


Waiver(s)

As a condition of selling items in a Just Between Friends Consignment Sale, I represent, warrant and agree that the following are true and correct in all respects:

I, understand and agree that Just Between Friends (JBF) NW San Antonio and Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc. are not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to the items I am consigning.

I also understand that JBF NW San Antonio is only a broker or agent for the Consignor. JBF NW San Antonio has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Seller.

I understand that I will earn 60% of the gross sales actually received by JBF NW San Antonio for the items I offer for sale.

I understand that I will receive an echeck to the email registered on myjbftags.com, within 2 weeks of the sale ending, in the amount of my gross sales. The echeck offers a printed paper, direct deposit, and other methods depending on the amount of my check. There will be NO paper checks printed from JBF NW San Antonio for payment.

I understand that there is a 90-day window to retrieve and deposit my check. After that time, a $35 charge will apply to place a stop on the original payment and reissue.

I understand that I may incur additional fees of $1.00/battery if any battery-operated items I am selling require a battery replacement during the sale in order to show that the item is in working order.

I understand that I may incur additional fees of $.25/item if I have more than 5 items pulled from the racks/floor for quality.

I understand JBF NW San Antonio will sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the barcode tags I have created. I understand that the price sold will be controlled by the printed tag attached to the item & not any subsequent changes online.

I understand if my item is marked full price, it will only be sold at full price. If my item is marked to reduce, it will be sold at 50% off during scheduled discount hours. If my item is marked to donate, it could possibly be sold during the Bargain and Blessings(Stuff-a-Bag Fundraiser) event.

I verify that no item I am consigning is the subject of any current, pending or threatened recall notice according to the Consumer Products Safety Commission.

Each item is clean and sanitized, in good operating condition & is not defective, broken or damaged in any way. If any item is returned because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work, I will not be paid any amount for the sale of that item.

I understand that any prepaid fees are nonrefundable and can only be transferred to future sales.

I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose, & I agree that no royalty or other payment is due me because of the use of any such image.

I am the owner of and have carefully inspected the items that I am consigning/selling.

By registering to participate, I confirm that: (1) I have read & fully understand this Consignor Agreement & Liability Waiver, including the Representations & Warranties stated above;

By registering for my drop off pass, I confirm that: (2) I agree to and warrant as stated above; & (3) no one has made to me representations, statements, or inducements that change or modify anything written in this Consignor Agreement & Liability Waiver.
